Job Description

Key job duties

  1. Handle Accounts Payable, on-line banking and cheque payments
  2. Responsible for recording and payment of all office expenses and ensure proper approval and compliance with company policy
  3. Handle monthly donations and Accounts Receivable transactions
  4. Assist on weekly cash forecast, general ledger entries, accrual and month end closing
Qualifications Required
  1. Degree or Diploma holder of Accounting or related disciplines
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferred
  3. NGO experience preferred
  4. Familiar with basic accounting principles
  5. Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
  6. Efficient, with high team spirit and good communication skill
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, hands-on experience in Peachtree accounting system will be an advantage
  8. Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  9. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
  10. Immediate available is preferred
