Job Description
Key job duties
- Handle Accounts Payable, on-line banking and cheque payments
- Responsible for recording and payment of all office expenses and ensure proper approval and compliance with company policy
- Handle monthly donations and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Assist on weekly cash forecast, general ledger entries, accrual and month end closing
Qualifications Required
- Degree or Diploma holder of Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferred
- NGO experience preferred
- Familiar with basic accounting principles
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
- Efficient, with high team spirit and good communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, hands-on experience in Peachtree accounting system will be an advantage
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
- Immediate available is preferred
