• Full responsible to manage accounting team in Hong Kong, China and Overseas Group Companies (including but not limited to Singapore, European Countries) by streaming and enhancing the operational effectiveness and efficiency;
• Be responsible for financial planning, tax planning, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, statutory & financial management report and internal control for the company;
• Review, formulate and implement the internal control procedures and policies of the company operations;
• Liaise with external auditors, legal and tax advisers;
• Negotiate with banker for bank facilities;.
• Manage Trade Mark Registration;
• Make the recommendations on risk management and corporate governance issues to top management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
• Over 10 years financial exposure with more than 3 years working experience in in retail industry;
• Well acquired with Hong Kong and PRC accounting and tax systems;
• Pleasant personality, problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills, well-organized with high commitment, proactive, strategic thinking and analytical mind.
• Flexible in working hours and ability to work under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment;
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
