Job Description
Working with a lean and agile team in Hong Kong and reporting to the Finance Director of the APAC region. The Financial analyst is responsible for the FP&A activities of APAC region including China focusing on forecasting and performance analysis.
Job Description
1. Prepare timely and accurate revenue and financials budget, forecast and long range plans.
2. Support weekly revenue, PL and cash flow forecast to management team and HQ.
3. Present relevant analysis and reports (eg. P&L by region / channel of distribution, Cash Flow analysis, revenue management, zero based budget, etc) to support business decisions.
4. Prepare summary level decks with granular information as support.
5. Cross collaboration with Sales, Digital, Marketing, Operations, HR
6. Evaluate and improve current workflow, reporting tools & system.
7. Assist in ad hoc assignment to support operation and HR request
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. Minimum 5+ year of accounting and FP&A experience (preferable in a MNC consumer
goods/ fashion / sports / FMCG / retail).
3. APAC region and distributor business model experience is a plus
4. Proficiency in PC Skills especially in spreadsheet, G-Suite applications and financial modeling.
5. Very hands on profile, willingness to roll up the sleeves and drive deep into details/analysis.
6. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of responsibilities, team player but capable to work independently and meet tight reporting deadline.
7. Entrepreneurial, growth minded spirit and able to work in a startup environment.
8. Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written.
