Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing all fiscal responsibilities, risk, and reporting across a region or country or across the global organization
  
• Ensure a fully staffed finance team is in place that carries out all necessary finance functions
• Act as a business strategic partner, prepare timely and accurate management reporting, analysis and budgeting, transform figures to meaningful data and giving advice to top management on the Group’s upcoming growth plans
• Oversee the entire financial structure and its continuous improvement and areas to be optimized
• Monitor the business and financial performance of the group 
• Ensure legal compliance with regard to legal and fiscal tax requirements in relation to the geography in which they operate.
• Develop internal policies from financial perspective and to strengthen operation efficiency
• Ensure that annual audit processes are coordinated effectively and followed.
• Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports
• Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. 

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in managerial level with a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Management & Business Advisory
• Candidates from the Information Technology / Telco industry preferred
• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines, with CPA qualification is a must
• Strong leadership skills, workplace agility in a dynamic work environment
• Regional finance team leading experience is a must
• Analytical, with excellent report writing skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
