Responsibilities:

• Perform financial and operational data collection and validation

• Assist in assessment of applications for government subsidy schemes
• Support review and checking of government funded events
• Prepare financial and management reports
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle general enquiries
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience; working experiences in public organisations is preferred
• Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS applications, particularly in MS Excel and/or Access
• Immediate availability is preferred

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant (Compliance).

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
