Key responsibilities:

• Implement payment related policies and manage monthly payments to third parties
• Perform monthly closing and bank reconciliation
• Evaluate KPIs of internal accounts payable team and outsourcing parties
• MIS reporting and ad hoc reports for senior management
• Cash management for monitoring bank account balances and funding projections
• Manage and supervise internal and external teams, provide continuous development opportunities to team members

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with experience in overseeing accounts payable division
• Qualified member of ACCA, HKICPA, CPAA or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years' work experience in accounting
• Prior experience of team management, process efficiency and improvement
