We are looking for a Temporary Transfer Pricing Manager to join the Regional Tax Department in the LVMH Group in Asia.

1. Keep abreast of the latest tax policies based on OECD guidelines and domestic tax laws in Asia Pacific and conduct analysis where applicable.
2. Coordinate and review transfer pricing documentation with internal and external parties
3. Monitor the implementation of transfer pricing policies within the Group
4. Provide assistance to internal parties and ensure the Group is in compliance with local tax rules and regulations from transfer pricing perspectives
5. Provide ad hoc advice to the Maisons on transfer pricing related topics.
6. Support local tax and customs audits

Other duties you may be instructed to carry out by the Asia Pacific Tax Director from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of your job position and work capabilities
