Responsibilities

• Handle daily order and prepare invoice
• Manage shipment
• Support daily accounting duties, including maintain bank record, filing, receipts and payments handling
• Support company daily operation
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 (HKDSE) or F.7 (HKAL) or above with 2 year or above related experience
• Self-motivated, Good team player and able to work independently, well-organized, detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced working environment
• Proficient in MS Office- Excel
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred

5.5 Days:

• 9:30am- 6:30pm (MON- FRI) and
• 9am-1pm (SAT)
• Working hours can be adjusted

5 Days:

• 9am- 7pm (MON- FRI)
