China Investment Information Services Ltd.
Established in Hong Kong in 1994, China Investment Information Services Limited (CIIS) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), acts as the sole overseas agent of SSE market data.
CIIS also provides licensing and technical connection of mainland China major exchanges market data to overseas information vendors, and overseas exchanges market data to mainland China information vendors, through China Investment Information Platform (CIIP) since 2010. We have also built up a professional industry cloud platform to provide outstanding services to market participants and additional channel for redistribution.
We are expanding and currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department.
Job Description:
- Prepare accounting vouchers for daily operations;
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and management account;
- Perform checking and ensure accuracy on invoices issued by marketing department;
- Update and maintain proper documentation of accounting journals with high integrity and in an accurate and timely manner;
- Maintain accounting system and assist in system enhancement and development project;
- Assist in month end closing and audit works;
- Responsible for custody of accounting vouchers and related documents;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline;
- At least 2 years of working experience in accounting or related field;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua;
- Proficient in MS office including Word & Excel;
- High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-minded and good at teamwork.
