Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of full sets of accounts for the Group, month-end closing and daily accounting functions;
• Assist in the preparation of consolidation for management reports, forecast and budget;
• Accounting reconciliation, analysis and monitor;
• Responsible for daily banking transactions
• Assist in coordinating auditing matters with external auditors;
• Support ad hoc assignments and projects

Job Requirements

• Degree, Higher Diploma or Diploma holder in Accountancy or above in related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a sizable company
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel with some operational experience in XERO
• Attention to details, positive attitude, independent, well-organized and committed in personality
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and detail-minded
• With strong sense of responsibility and pro-active and a team player;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
