岗位职责

1、协助财务负责人制定集团年度预算编制方案、分析测算，为经营层设定新年度的目标，提供数据参考；

2、对各部门及二级公司的预算进行审核、分析（包括销售、成本、费用以及与行业标杆企业的对标分析）、归纳、总结；

3、深入业务与财务体系的信息传递与沟通，通过业务及财务信息的整合及分析，使用有效的数据展现业务的经营成果，并提出财务优化建议；

4、按时收集和汇总财务数据，对月度、季度、年度进行财务合并报表，组织对成本费用的预算编制及其执行完成情况的分析，评估财务状况与风险，并提出合理控制各项成本费用支出的有效措施；

5、完善和优化内控流程，推动财务系统化和自动化以及财务数据逻辑的标准化；

6、负责撰写集团定期或专题财务分析与报告，为经营决策提供支持；
资格与要求；

1、金融、会计或相关专业本科学历。

2、5年以上财务管理或者财务分析相关工作经验,其中3年以上主导财务分析相关工作经验;

3、熟悉各项财务指标的分析,熟悉地产开发财务分析指标优先;

4、良好的数据分析和建模能力，精通Excel，有商业分析/数据分析经验优先，熟悉SQL、SPSS、BI、Python等工具优先考虑；

5、良好的沟通表达能力、团队协作能力，良好的逻辑思维能力，善于思考总结，能独立分析和解决问题，执行力强；
