Responsibilities

• Daily operational & accounting duties including invoicing, payment verification & processing, product costing, project costing, time sheet management, cash related transactions, payroll, MPF and taxation arrangement
• Provide support in full set of accounts and manage the bookkeeping of AR, AP & GL
• Assisting in month-end closing and preparing bank reconciliations
• Experiences in production, trading, taxation, import / export procedure between Hong Kong / China / Vietnam
• Accounting in SAM management software, all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, project financial and capital expenditures. Collect, interpret and review financial information. Provide financial insight and advice
• Provide management information to department managers to allow them to make informed decision
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Modeling tools
• Implement company’s policies and procedures in accordance to management’s requirements
• Prepare full set of accounts and periodic financial reports
• Assist in interim and annual audit
• Any ad-hoc assignments as requested by management

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 5 years relevant experience preferably from retail or wholesale sector. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Word & MS Excel
• Working experience with SAP will be advantageous
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
• Self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
