- French multinational baby products brand owner
- Hong Kong office : buying office / trading / e-Commerce
- Main market : US, Europe, Asia, China and worldwide
- We are looking for ASST ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Team structure : work in Accounting Team of 8-10 members; report to Finance Manager
- Job summary : perform full set of books for trading company, and participate in eCommerce accounting
- To maintain the accurate financial data in Company system and monitor the division expenses within yearly budget.
- Perform the Account Receivable task, such as settlement of customer payment , Forecast customer incoming remittance for the preparation for inflow of Net Financial Position.
- Perform Inter-company reconciliation after closing and email contact with all sister companies within the deadline period
- Participate in E – Commerce accounting role
- Liaise with auditors in respect of operation and yearly audit
- Requirement :
- Tertiary education in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
- Experience in trading companies / buying offices / e-Commerce / retailing is an advantage
- Experience in handling full set of books
- Experience in MNC is a plus
- Proficient of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
- Knowledge in HK & PRC taxation & trading documents is a plus
- Computer proficiency especially in Excel
- Exposure in SAP or ERP is a plus
