Job Descriptions

• Able to handle receivable & payable management
• Generate invoice, auditing procedures and dispute settlement
• Manage bills and invoices, verify accuracy of billing data and revise any error
• Formulate billing logistics to ensure invoices are accurately and timely issued
• Ensure the smoothness of daily settlement task
• Perform bookkeeping work, billing settlement proposals and data analysis reports
• Work closely with internal departments and customers for billing settlement & procurement purposes
• Maintain customer account, update account summary periodically
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• High diploma or above with related Discipline
• At least 2 years AR experience
• High sensitivity towards numbers
• Strong customer-orientated with ability to work as a team player
• Good working knowledge of administrative procedures, as well as various computer applications and programs.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel and word processing
• Excellent written (English and Chinese) and oral communication (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Candidate with more experience will considered as Accounting Officer
• Immediate available will be an advantage
