Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounting duties and month-end closing independently
• Assist department head for daily accounting and financial operations
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly management reports, sales analysis and financial statement
• Handle annual statutory audit for companies and handle taxation issues with auditor/ IRD
• Review accounting entries and monitor daily operation (Microsoft: Navision)
• Prepare annual budgeted and forecasted cash flow with department heads
• Facilitate M&A projects including Due Diligence procedure and Completion Accounts Audit
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 5 years' working experience in accounting/audit field
• Industry knowledge in Beauty industry will be a definite advantage
• Details & figure oriented, good in analytical ability and communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft: Navision is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. functions and pivot table)
