Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of accounts for month-end and year-end closing for group companies;
• Prepare financial and management reports, month-end reporting & analysis, bank reconciliation statements, and tax returns;
• Prepare annual budget and forecasts;
• Perform daily accounting activities and related controls, and handle internal/external audit tasks/requests;
• Liaise with external parties including banks, auditors, and regulators such as IRD/RVD;
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements;
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant accounting experience in group companies with multiple entities or sizable accounting firms, experience in accounting firm preferred
• Prior experience in handling full set of accounts is a must
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multi-tasks with tight reporting deadlines
• Well organized, attentive to details, work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 
• Good computer skills including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SunSystems, FlexSystem etc.
