Job Duties:

• Perform daily accounting operations including preparing vouchers, bank reconciliation, bank receipts and payment transactions
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
• Handle month end and year end closing in accordance with the deadline, including monthly schedules and account reconciliations
• Assist in preparing management reports, financial reports on a timely basis
• Assist in handling audit, taxation matters and company secretarial works
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree, high diploma or fresh graduates
• Student member of HKICPA/ACCA or other professional accounting bodies is an advantage
• Fair English & Putonghua
• Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Strong sense of responsibility; high accuracy; willing to learn; work independent
