Responsibilities

• Able to manage full set of accounting
• Responsible for monthly payroll and other Finance & Admin functions
• Prepare various financial analytics reports for management review
• Liaise with Auditors and assist for year-end financial report
• Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records
• Assist in recruitment and selection for business units
• Assist in reviewing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures
• Support other ad-hoc projects when needed        

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 2 years Finance or Accounting experience
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
• Solid Quick Book knowledge & Excel skill in preparing ledgers and financial statements
• Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skill
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written Chinese and English
