My client is an internationally recognized luxury skincare house. At present, they're looking to intake an FP&A Analyst to cover the region responsible for supporting across finance and operational departments to provide financial insights and projections with reliable data and analysis to be used in decision making and planning.

You would be responsible for -

Budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting. Ideal candidates would expect to have exceptional technical, social and organizational skills that are able to meet deadlines in an orderly and timely way.

In addition, it would be would be able to work with different individuals across the region and be able to manage reporting requirements that are used at the regional level.

• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports with reliable data and analysis to be used in decision making and planning
• Assist in reviewing of monthly accounts for accuracy, variances and trends to budget and forecast
• Assist Regional Senior FP&A analyst (RSFA) in overall budgeting and monthly forecasting process, including timing and consolidation of information to provide analysis for management review
• Assist in the preparation of presentations that provide insightful analysis and identify required action items
• Assist RSFA in process improvement and streamline procedures across the region as it relates to financial budgeting and forecasting

Successful candidates will come with at least 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business analysis, management reporting or management consulting. Candidates who are equipped with CPA qualification is preferred, relevant experience with Big 4 is a plus as well. Fluency in English and Cantonese are strongly preferred.
