Responsibilities:

• Perform budget planning, book-keeping and financial reporting on government funded project(s)
• Support management on the budgetary control, documentation and reporting of the project(s)
• Work closely with IT team and other departments to monitor project progress and deliverables against plan and compliance, and to ensure effective project implementation
• Conduct regular meetings and update with management and internal departments
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle general enquiries
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience; working experiences in public organisations is preferred
• Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS applications, particularly in MS Excel and/or Access
• Immediate availability is preferred

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
