Job Duties

• Ensure timelines, completeness, accuracy in respect of the month end closing
• Supervise day to day accounting activities and ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policy and procedure
• Liaise with bank and handle all bank issue
• Prepare schedules for monthly end closing
• Assist in audit related matters to ensure the audit reports are finished on time
• Assist in preparing annual budget, periodical forecast
• Assist in Ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience;
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge in SAP, ERP system or accounting software is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• With can-do attitude, attentive to details, analytical and proactive
