Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operations, A/P, A/R, filing and data entry.
- Prepare routine payment and bank transactions.
- Provide support to ensure timely completion of monthly financial reports.
- Provide clerical/administrative support as assigned by supervisors.
- Handle ad-hoc assignment and outdoor activities required by management.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferable in F&B industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks & Chinese typing.
- Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Mature, well-organized, problem-solving, and able to multi-task.
- High integrity with a can-do attitude and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate available is highly preferable.
