• Manage the accounting book for multiple countries in region
• Responsible for SG&A and closing such as journal preparation, accounts reconciliation such as intercompany accounts
• Calculate APAC transfer pricing at the month-end
• Assist in financial analysis as well as monthly forecast and annual budget
• Coordinate with other departments to understand SG&A expenses
• Handle vendor creation in the region
• Coordinate with China outsourced payroll agent to ensure monthly salaries are paid on time and in compliance with local rules and regulations
• Work close with China outsourced accounting, audit and tax agents are filed in time and comply with local tax rules and regulations
• Assist in external audit, preparation of audit schedules, liaise with auditors and manage local statutory filings
• Coordinate and consolidate on required reports for submission
• Ensure internal control procedures put in place are complied with, continuously look for potential risk areas and to make recommendations for improvement
• Assist on any ad hoc assignments
• Work independent and tight deadlines
• Good communication skills

• Qualified Accountant required
• At least 7+ years of solid accounting and/or auditing experience
• Strong accounting knowledge with good communication skill and analytical mind
• APAC regional exposure with taxation knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in MNC is essential
• Oracle Cloud is preferable
• Good communication skill and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and independently
