Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable and debtor collections
• Assist in month end closing and prepare the accounting schedules
• Liaise with cross departmental staff and team members in both PRC and USA
• Assist finance team in other ad hoc assignments
• Prepare financial analysis, management reports and annual budgets
• Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, financial analysis reports, tax computations, budgeting, and profit forecast in a timely manner
• Assist in variance analysis and provide commentary to management and reporting
• Ensure compliance in legal, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements in HK and overseas countries
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience in using Peachtree and Quickbook is a definite advantage
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Experience with PRC accounting is an advantage
