Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Accounting team in handling day to day accounting tasks, e.g. prepare cheque, cashier order, etc.
• Work closely with different departments for receipt verification and payment approval
• Follow up bank reconciliation items with operations
• Assist in month-end closing process, monthly financial reports preparation
• Maintain proper filing and perform any other departmental administrative duties
• Perform any ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years accounting experience, preferably with financial institution experience
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good Command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong sense of responsibilities, and able to work independently under tight timeline
• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
