Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK listed company
- Property developer, Property investment and Property & Facilities management company for luxurious properties in Hong Kong and Asia
- We are looking for ASST FINANCE MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Accounting team of 15 members
- Responsible for the financial operations of our Facilities and Property Management businesses including but not limited to budgeting, financial forecasts and control, preparation of financial and management reports and analysis for management’s review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements as appropriate.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks and/or tax authorities and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
- Degree holder and qualified accountant with minimum 5 years auditing and accounting experience
- Prefer to have experience in handling finance and accounting works of facilities and property management companies or property development projects (not a must)
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 16 days

- MPF or non-contributory Provident Fund scheme (staff can choose)
