• Assist and prepare project budget
• Handle Accounts Receivable related tasks, include issuing invoices and update project files
• Handle billing inquiries from customers and from other departments
• Perform documents checking, data entries, payments, filing and general clerical & office administrative support
• Internal/External audit support
• Handle ad hoc assignments

• Post-secondary or above
• At least 2-3 year working experience (Knowledge and experience in construction industry is highly preferred)
• Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Well organized, detail-minded, responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
