Job duties 

• Review daily accounting work prepared by shared service center, including accruals, sales and expenses booking as well as various reconciliations and schedules
• Perform and monitor month end closing activities 
• Prepare monthly tax computation, schedules and various financial analysis
• Liaise with external auditors, global and regional office on financial reporting issues 
• Assist in process improvement projects and initiatives 
• Provide advisory service to shared service center when necessary 
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Qualified accountant is highly preferable, student member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent will also be considered 
• At least 4 years’ solid experience in accounting or auditing
• Responsible, independent, proactive with strong team spirit and can-do attitude
• Good organizational, communication and problem solving skills 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
