Job’s Responsibilities:

• Prepare the financial statements and consolidated financial statements according to International Accounting Standards and China Accounting Standards, including the monthly and annual financial analysis reports
• Review the financial statements from overseas subsidiaries
• Prepare the annual, monthly and weekly financial budget
• Manage routine payments and prepare the payroll documents
• Assist in the preparation of the tax returns and other routine tax matters
• Cooperate with auditor to complete the annual audit
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job’s Requirements:

• Degree or above in financial management or accounting
• Holding the certificate of CPA
• At least 5 year work experience, preferably the combination of audit and accounting field
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as finance manager
• Rich experiences in making financial statement according to International Accounting Standards and China Accounting Standards
• Strong communication skills to cooperate with all levels of the organization
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, can draft the financial analysis report in English and Chinese
• Good skills in financial software, preferably 用友 and 久其 
• Immediate available is preferred
