Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts and daily account operation of private companies
• Be responsible for month-end closing and monthly financial reporting including not limited to preparation of schedules and breakdowns
• Liaise with external auditors and other parties on financial audit, tax computation and statutory report
• Assist to supervise a small team for general accounting duties, streamline accounting operation workflows and system implementation process
• Undertake any ad-hoc reports or analysis as assigned

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines, preferably with CPA qualification or other equivalent professional organization
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in accounting with commercial experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, knowledge of FlexSystem is preferred
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Responsible, work independently with proactive work attitude and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferable
