We are now looking for a talented Account Clerk / Accounting Officer to be our team member. 

Job Duties

• To handle general accounting duties, such as A/R and A/P data processing, bank statements reconciliations etc.;
• Perform settlement received from customers and follow up on outstanding balances on a timely manner;
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounts statements and schedules;
• Clerical support such as data entry & filing;
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• F.5 or above with LCCI level 2;
• Minimum 2-3 year relevant experience in accounting;
• Experience in Quickbooks will be an advantage;
• Good computer skills, in particular MS Office;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
