Our client is a "IT System Development" companies within 35 headcount in office , are URGENTLY looking for a suitable candidates for the Administration positions. 

Location : Kwun Tong 
Benefits : 5 Days (09:30-18:30) / Bank Holiday / Year end Bonus / 10 Days Annual Starting / Medical 

Job Description: 

• Work closely with Administration Manager for daily operations;
• Assist to AC team for general AP / AR activities;
• Prepare & review Cheque & invoice;
• Regular update records & handle filing system;
• Perform general office administration duties including (Managing conference room booking / couriers arrangement.....);
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested;

Qualifications :

• Degree holder ;
• 1 - 2 years Administration Clerk / Account Clerk or Office working experience (stable working background as request); 
• Knowledge of Word, Excel & Chinese word processing; 
• General Speak & written in English & Mandarin , Fluent in Cantonese; 
• Immediate or short notice is an advantage;
• **Less experience or Fresh Graduate will also welcome as Junior Administration Clerk - 13K**
