Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end closing;
- Maintain proper accounting records with accuracy, timelines and completeness;
- Prepare periodical management accounts, financial reporting and analysis;
- Review the payment, prepare daily and weekly cash update and funds arrangement;
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable management;
- Reconcile intercompany balance and follow up reconciled items;
- Prepare schedules for monthly and year-end audit and assist in audit related matters to ensure the audit reports are finished on time;
- Assist in preparing annual budget, periodical forecast, cash flow projection in accordance with management assumptions and commercial sense.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or any other related disciplines;
- Chartered Public Accountant is a plus;
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience;
- Experience in retail industry is an advantage;
- Strong analytical mind and good time management skill;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and interactive management style;
- High personal and ethical standards;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
