Reporting to Finance Director, you will work with peers in Sweden Finance Hub to handle an all-rounded financial accounting function for ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Group. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate monthly reporting and smooth month-end closing, supporting the team in audit activities.  You will also be required to participate into ad hoc assignments and projects

 Responsibilities:

• Handles General Ledger and Accounts Payable financial reporting
• Hands-on role to handle month-end closing in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform management reporting in HFM for Distribution business and Global Functions Departments
• Interface with auditors and support in annual financials audit
• Provide support to ad hoc financial projects when required

 Requirements:

• Qualified Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalents.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience. Solid audit experience is welcomed.
• Hands-on experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX system and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a plus
• Mature, self-motivated, deadline-driven, detail minded, good analytical & interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Good communication, organization and analytic skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus
• Competent in PC knowledge and MS Windows applications, especially in advanced Excel; database knowledge is a definite asset
