Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for

• Assist management client related coordination on company secretarial duties.
• Have responsibilities with in-house accounting related matters – accounts receivables, payables, reporting.
• Manage and oversee administration function.

• Higher diploma or above obtained from a recognized tertiary qualification in a accounting or business discipline.
• At least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience and able to complete a full set of books independently.
• Have experience in handling company secretarial duties, preferred.
• Technology savvy and able to work with different information technology systems/processes. 
• Proficient in using Office365 suite – outlook, TEAM, excel and word.
• Proactive and detailed oriented.
• Fast-paced and good at prioritizing and multi-tasking.
• Able to work with different time zone offices
• Excellent in command in both written and spoken English & Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin shall be an advantage.
• Immediately available – is preferable.
