Responsibilities:

• Perform accounts payable and receivable function;
• Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions, resolves account discrepancies;
• Liaise with internal and external parties involved;
• Collaborate with accounting team members to support various departments and activities on a daily basis;
• Monitor day-to-day cash flow, internal controls;
• Assist in month-end closing and general accounts administration;
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting;
• 1-2 years accounting experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word;
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin;
• Independent, well-organized, analytical;
• Energetic with good interpersonal skills;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Fresh graduate can be considered.
