- Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable and payables
- Perform routine finance functions such as data entry, filing and scanning
- Prepare month end closing
- Assist in office administration
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
- Diploma holder or above in Accounting/ Business Administration
- With 1-2 years of work experience in accounting nature
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and accounting software
- Detail-minded with high accuracy
- Willing to learn and has a strong sense of responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
