Key Responsibilities – Senior Accounts clerk ($16,000 - $20,000)

• Knowledge of full set of A/C
• Generate and verify company monthly invoices
• Communicate and work with Customer Service Team to solve invoice issues 
• Prepare ad-hoc invoice requested by Customer Service Team
• Upload all invoice to accounting system and do validation
• Handle Accounts Receivable & month-end closing
• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reporting and meet tight deadline
• Preparation of management reports, bank reconciliation, aging report
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Form 5 or above, with LCCI 2nd Level
• 1-2 year experience in accounting field
• Willing to take up challenges, able to work under pressure and meet with tight deadlines
• Able to maintain good filing system
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in using Oracle & GP system is an advantage
• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese word processing
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
