Job Duties:

• Prepare quotations, tender documents and contracts.
• Audit various expenses.
• Responsible for checking invoices and account receivable.
• Compile financial and management reports as required.
• Prepare monthly commission for Hong Kong and China offices.
• Provide administrative support.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above with LCCI Higher level.
• At least 2 year accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing.
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent & eager to learn.
• Honest and loyal to the company.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software.
• Immediate availability is preferable.
• Working on one Saturday morning for every month is required.
