Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of the monthly management reports
• Participate & oversee the preparation of the monthly projections and annual budget process
• Oversee department’s roles in the interim / annual reporting process, including preparing operating performance review, segmental reporting disclosure, financial information requested by Parent Company
• Prepare financial analysis and management information as requested by Senior Management, Parent Company and the HKMA
• Oversee the preparation of financial information presentations for quarterly board meeting, monthly Parent Company MIS meeting and monthly Management Committee meeting
• Ensure an effective operation in the department to improve departmental workflow and develop staff competency in their roles
• Participate in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• University graduate with professional accountancy qualification
• 10 years or above banking experience
• Previous management reporting experience in the banking industry at managerial level is a must
• Sound knowledge in accounting standards and the HKMA SPM requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
