Our client - a Chinese Investment Holding firm is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their Treasury Team.

Responsibilities:-

• Daily operation duties of treasury settlement, payments in an accurate and efficient manner
• Reconciliation of cash accounts for Group and subsidiary companies
• Support the maintenance of the Bank accounts and ensure liquidity to meet short/medium term commitments
• Reviewing bank account balances to ensure adequate funding for current commitments and planning for future commitments to ensure continuity of timely settlement on a daily basis
• Handling payment process, bank account opening and maintenance
• Monitoring and preparing cash flow report, handling enquiries and verifying discrepancies
• Ensuing all processes are performed in accordance with documented procedure and providing production of reporting
• Ensuring perfection of documentation and record keeping
• Coordinate between internal departments to resolve queries and issues related to operations support
• Overseeing the cash position and performance of financial instruments
• Assisting in ad hoc projects and carrying out any other duties and responsibility as assigned by management

Requirements:-

• Bachelor degree or above
• 3-5 years of cash flow management / treasury / trade support experience (including payments, bank account management etc)
• A good team player, detail oriented and able to work independent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
