• Lead and drive strategic and business initiatives for the continuous improvement of the group’s businesses and operations
• Develop and implement comprehensive plans and strategies that solve complex business challenges
• Serve as a result-oriented project manager working across various group and/or business functions with internal and external stakeholders to drive business and operational improvement efforts and to ensure successful delivery of business objectives and strategies
• Closely work with financial planning and analysis team to provide business partnership to senior management on the group’s financial analysis and growth strategies
• Review commercial contracts to ensure alignment with the group’s strategic business plan

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy or equivalent project management experience in finance / technology company
• Impeccable business judgment and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to distil complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
• Hands-on and a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
