Responsibilities

• Assist accountant on monthly closing;
• Lead a small team in responsible for accounting functions in AP processing;
• Monitor monthly purchases & daily payment / settlement process;
• Prepare monthly financial & inter-company reconciliation;
• Prepare AP statements, aging report, management reports and regulatory reports independently in a timely manner;
• Liaise with auditor for annual audit;
• Management ad hoc report and assignment.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / High Diploma holder in Accounting or related discipline, student member in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience, preferably in retail industries
• Sound knowledge of HK accounting practices, regulatory controls of accounting and taxation
• Sound knowledge in PC applications, strong excel skills, experience in Flex Accounting system and POS system are particularly preferable
• Mature, self-motivated, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Immediate available preferred
