Reporting to Regional Head of Finance, this newly created role in an expanding team is based in our Hong Kong office.

What you will be doing?

• Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records and procedures
• Mainly handle month end closing, accounts receivable and accounts payable function
• Issue customer invoices and provide invoice summary
• Establish and issue electronic payments via accounting and banking systems
• Handle full set of accounts, month end closing, prepare monthly management accounts with reconciliation schedules on timely basis

You need to be

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent discipline
• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in with full sets accounting, experience in testing industry is an advantage  
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and hands-on experience on SAP is a must
• Detail minded, independent, good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is a definite advantage 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
