Job description

• Responsible for preparation and centralization of monthly financial reporting and operational metrics tracking for management’s review regularly from all offices in different countries
• Participate in regional strategic and financial planning and deliver annual budgets and monthly dashboards as tracking to budget reporting
• Conduct forecast, variance analysis and reviews on business operations based on financial analysis
• Provide commercial advice and guidance to top management to achieve the agreed Company strategy
• Oversee and improve finance functions of the company and subsidiaries in different regions, with particular emphasis on improving AR procedures, internal controls, streamlining and automating processes
• Manage accounting and financial systems and maintain full and accurate accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial records
• Manage Finance Teams to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day accounting operations, taxation and ensure agreed team performance metrics are followed and complied

Job requirement

l  Qualified Accountant with degree in accounting or related discipline

l  Minimum of 10 years experience with 5 years managerial experience in financial accounting / financial reporting within financial institutions, preferably technical / auditing industry is preferred

l  Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals with commercial experience and audit experience gained in Big 4 is highly preferable.

l  Willing to take on challenges and able to multitask in a demanding and fast-paced environment and meet a tight reporting timeline

l  Creative reporting capability

l  Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels
