Responsibilities:

• Handle full set book of accounts, month-end closing and tax affairs of the Hong Kong representative office
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statement, announcement, interim report, annual report and circular
• Assist in general administration and HR duties
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, HKICPA finalist or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with auditing experience in CPA firm, exposure in Hong Kong listed company will be an advantage
• Hands-on experience in Peachtree Accounting software, Excel, powerpoint, and Chinese Word Processing 
• Competent in English/Putonghua
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
