Responsibilities:

• Follow up AR aging and AR overdue collection
• Handle payment received
• Prepare AR journals
• Perform order release
• Handle daily accounting duties
• Assist external and internal audit, annual stock takes and other internal compliance requirement
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
• Experience in Oracle/ Microsoft D365 will be an advantage
• At least 2 years relevant working experience will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Proficiency in excel and word (Chinese & English)
• A good team player with can-do attitude and committed to deadlines
• Able to work under pressure
