  • Perform routine accounting functions such as journal entries and invoice checking
  • Assist in accounts payable and outgoing payments
  • Perform clerical duties such as scanning and filing
  • Provide assistance in handling annual external audits
  • Support other ad-hoc assignments

Requirement

  • Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience in financial accounting
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in ERP system is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
