Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years experiences in accounting
- **More experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Assistant**
- LCC Intermediate level or above
- Shipping account experience is an advantage
- Computer literacy in MS office particularly Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to work in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Finance Controller
- Process of invoices and payment from Operations department including ensuring accuracy and validity, and checking for formal approval
- Prepare reports and statements of monthly accruals and income distribution for internal use
- Maintain proper records of journals, mater data, and other related accounting documents
- To support process of monthly accounts and ad hoc journals
