Responsibilities

• Calculate Japan tour cash advance expenses
• Check the expenses reports of Japan tour leaders and escort guides
• Update the expenses details of each Japan tour
• Check Japan bank transaction record
• Check Japan tour supplier invoice
• Ensure timely preparation of profit and loss analysis for travelling product
• Input journal entries to accounting system
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Form 5 graduate, and holder of LCC Higher qualification
• Above 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in travel industry
• Hard-working, able to work under pressure and work independently, and have good interpersonal skills
• Abilities in written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably in Mandarin
• Have computer knowledge, particularly Excel, Word, Emails, etc
